I SBRT Course, Barcelona

Next 7-8th May, 2012 the “I SBRT Course” will be celebrated in Barcelona organized by the SEOR. The meeting will take place in the Santa Creu I Sant Pau Hospital (Barcelona, Spain).

The Course will define the technological requirements and quality controls of SBRT, will review the radiobiological basis of hypofractionation, will describe the phases to prepare, delivery and verification SBRT treatments, will present the indications and actual protocols, and will analyze the toxicity and follow-up of patients treated with SBRT.

Los próximos 7-8 de Mayo de 2012 se celebrará el “I curso sobre SBRT” organizado por la SEOR. La reunión tendrá lugar en el Hospital Santa Creu i Sant Pau (Barcelona, España).

El curso definirá los requerimientos tecnológicos y controles de calidad necesarios para implementar la SBRT, revisará las bases radiobiológicas del hipofraccionamiento, describirá las fases para la preparación, administración y verificación de los tratamientos con SBRT, presentará las indicaciones y protocolos de SBRT actuals y analizará la toxicidad y seguimiento radiológico de los pacientes tratados con SBRT.
